• AiMe: Personal AI agent creation and management for professionals

• Product QR Agents: Interactive product information via QR codes
• Email Agents: AI-assisted email communication
• Calendar Integration: Scheduling and meeting coordination

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

5. AI Agent Guidelines

When creating and deploying AI agents through our platform, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the content and behavior of your agents
• Agents must not be used to deceive or mislead users
• Agents must comply with applicable laws and regulations
• You will monitor and maintain your agents appropriately
• We may suspend agents that violate these Terms

6. Calendar and Third-Party Integrations

When connecting third-party services (such as Google Calendar):

• You authorize us to access and use data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You remain bound by the third party's terms of service
• You can disconnect integrations at any time
• We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes

7. Subscription and Payments

For paid Services:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Non-payment may result in service suspension

8. Intellectual Property

Our Property: Paragentics retains all rights to our Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our property without permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Services.

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate. Users should verify important information independently.
